How to Make Seaweed Salad ~ Kinilaw na Guso

Seaweed Salad ( Kinilaw na Guso )

 Small Description of Recipe: Marinated Seaweeds in Vinegar. Seaweeds are consumed by coastal people, particularly in East Asia, like Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Filipino.

Ingredients:

  • 180 gms guso (seaweeds)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 gms ginger, sliced
  • calamansi juice

Method:

  • Clean the guso thoroughly.
  • Blanch guso in hot water.
  • Mix guso with the rest of the ingredients.

Notes: You can also use other seaweeds like lato or lukot. Or mix this three kind of seaweeds.
